How does Deliver your purchases?
We deliver Worldwide for all of our products. We use multiple methods of logistics from DHL to J&T to local GDEX or POS depending on the location of our customers.
 
Depending on the location, shipping rates will apply accordingly.
 
These are the types of logistics we will use according to our customers location:
Malaysia - J&T (Express) within P. Malaysia and Domestic Registered Parcel by Pos Malaysia (East Malaysia)
Worldwide- Singpost EMS (Express) , FEDEX (Express), UPS (Express) , DHL (Express)*
*whichever is more economical/preferred
 
ETA of Items
GDEXpress - 1 to 2 Working Days (Unless Remote Area which may take longer)
Domestic Registered Parcel - Up to 14 Working Days
Singpost - 1 to 2 Working Days to Singapore
FEDEX/UPS - 3 to 5 Working Days to Worldwide
DHL - 3 to 6 Working Days to Australia

 
UPGRADE Shipping (East Malaysia)
If you are located in East Malaysia and want a faster shipping solution. Select the Express Shipping Option. We will UPGRADE your shipping to express which will take 1-2 Working days to arrive. There would be charges apply.
 
Shipping Rates for Pre-Order Items
Items that are not available yet or Pre-Order items would have their shipping charges applied upon the arrival of the item.
If quoted upon Pre-Order, that amount would be the final amount for the shipping.
 
How do we handle your items?
We are collectors ourselves and we understand the importance of items reaching us in mint condition. We will fully bubble wrap the item and protect it with a dual-layer carton box to maximize protection. The bubblewrap acts as a water proof layer in case of water entering during transit. (Bubblewrap can only apply to smaller items)
 
Special Request
Items like statues and figures can be inspected on our side before ship to detect any major forms of defects. If there is any major forms of defect before we ship the item, we would replace the item then.
 
Box Conditions
All items are packed professionally, if in the event the box is damaged before we ship it, we will inform about the damages. If the box is damaged during the transit, there will not be any compensation provided as we are unable to insure the box condition with the logistic company.
